We are a German couple from Düsseldorf.
Since 1st of June 2016 we are on the way
in America. We shipped our car from
Hamburg to Halifax / Nova Scotia / Canada.

The car
NO - it is NOT an UNIMOG
NO - it is NOT an old garbage truck
Our truck is an old military truck from Austria: a STEYR.
The car is from 1986 and was sold by the austrian military 2013.
We bought our STEYR from the company EXCAP - they are specialized on renovation of used STEYR trucks.
The (empty) cabin we bought from the company ORMOCAR.
Than we did a lot of work - with help of friends and some other companies - to finish our "home on wheels".
